sorry..haven been updating.too lazy.haha..

anyway, i went gym with jac yesterday..whoa!!i feel soOo shiok!hee~haven been doing exercise for more than 2 mths and i think yesterday was a good workout man!did a lot of stations and i finally ran 2.4 again!!feel so homely.haha..and yea.we tried this new machine.and we didnt know how to operate it so we asked that instructor.and then we tried.haha!!both of us look like handicap on that machine la!like those ppl who injured their legs and have to hold on to the bar so they can walk again?can imagine that?yes!!!exactly like that!and we were laughing like nuts.haha..and at the end of the day.we said that we will ache like hell today.but when i woke up this morning, i feel shiok!i wasnt aching at all!cool!!but i slept for more than 12 hrs and i still couldnt get out of bed.haha..
